  • BYOD is a policy that allows employees to use their personal devices (such as smartphones, laptops, and tablets) for work purposes.

  • Infinipoint BYOD allows the user to register his device as private, so no applied enforcement, updating, or remediation is done to those devices. All information is presented as “view only”.

  • Corporate device classification can be determined in two ways: Explicitly - by platform or Implicitly - by Serial number, certificate, etc.

  • All devices will be classified as “Corporate” by default.
