BYOD is a policy that allows employees to use their personal devices (such as smartphones, laptops, and tablets) for work purposes.
Infinipoint BYOD allows the user to register his device as private, so no applied enforcement, updating, or remediation is done to those devices. All information is presented as “view only”.
Corporate device classification can be determined in two ways: Explicitly - by platform or Implicitly - by Serial number, certificate, etc.
All devices will be classified as “Corporate” by default.
