Overview

Infinipoint admins can configure a self-service portal for end users.
The self-service portal allows end users to perform actions in the Infinipoint platform, without needing an admin intervention.
Using this portal, users can perform several actions such as:

  • Change their existing password (When using LDAP)

  • Add / Remove / Reset relevant multi-factor types in Infinipoint.

  • Resolve DIaaS open issues on demand
